As a white Afrikaner Boer, this lays out exactly why so many of us are forced to seek safety abroad. The open incitement from politicians like Julius Malema — “Kill the Boer,” “one settler, one bullet,” calls for slaughter and land seizure — combined with the brutal farm attacks (plaasmoorde), targeted hatred, and erasure of our language and culture isn’t “propaganda.” It’s the reality we live with every day.
Our ancestors built farms and communities here over generations. We just wanted to live in peace on the land we loved. That’s why Afrikaner are pursuing refuge in America, we have the same values. Many of us have no choice!

There are some that’s in denial, it’s a complex situation. Those are people that live in security estates with serious electric fences and patrol cars etc. It’s a false sence of safety and a false reality. They’ve also been desensitized to all the bloodshed in the country, as long as they’re making money somehow, all is good. Sad.
