May history never rhyme nor repeat 🇱🇧

You annihilated Lebanese sovereignty, executing Tehran’s political orders at the expense of Lebanon’s national interests.

Your party was accused of assassinating former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri, yet you refused to hand over the suspects for trial.

Your party was accused of murdering multiple political opponents, and instead of allowing justice to take its course, you threatened the judiciary whenever it got too close.

Your armed militia stormed #Beirut on May 7, 2008, seizing the city in a violent coup against state institutions.

Your party members took to the streets to attack peaceful demonstrators during the October 17, 2019 uprising, when #Lebanese rallied together for a better future.

You hijacked the judiciary’s independence, publicly threatening the State Prosecutor to obstruct the investigation into the devastating Beirut Port explosion of August 4, 2020.

You dragged Lebanon into a catastrophic war with Israel over Hamas, against the will of the vast majority of Lebanese.

You were among the architects of Lebanon’s financial collapse, destroying the banking sector to force a cash economy that evades global banking oversight and sanctions.

You orchestrated a corrupt trade-off—in exchange for unchecked arms, your political allies were rewarded with rampant embezzlement and the looting of state coffers.

You enabled and profited from a regional narcotics empire, flooding the Middle East with millions of Captagon pills.

You paralyzed Lebanon’s constitutional process, turning governance into a hostage situation where your word alone dictated every appointment—from the presidency to the most junior government clerk.

You led your followers into oblivion, completely disconnected from modern warfare, IT, and AI-driven military strategy.

You presided over a party riddled with traitors, men who—at the first real test—sold you and your top brass out to Israel. Even pagers weren’t safe.

You dragged Lebanon into Syria’s war, never once seeking the approval of your fellow citizens.

You isolated Lebanon from its Arab brothers, igniting diplomatic and economic crises just to appease your masters in Tehran.

You built a state within a state—a private militia, parallel institutions, and a shadow banking system that systematically dismantled Lebanon’s institutions.

Yet, for all your theatrics, you were nothing more than a performer—a balloon that popped at the first real test against Israel. In the end, you were just an Iranian pawn, following orders until your usefulness expired. And when the time came, the Iranians sold you out in New York at a side meeting in the U.N., handing over your coordinates without hesitation.

What a disaster for Lebanon. What a tragic irony—that a man who held so much power never believed for one moment that #Lebanon should belong to the Lebanese.
