@LFCLaurie Spending doesn't necessarily equate to trophies, especially if you invest in young players with the idea of winning these trophies only 5 yrs from now. Form translates into underdog story. PSG was in form, Chelsea not. It's simple, I'm actually not sure why it needs explaining.
