@SandeepMall Absolutely, your pace needs to be around 5mins per KM, I did the same last year… try and target running 1minute and 45 secs at 12 KMPH and take a 15 sec break slowdown by running at 9KMPH, I managed to run 10km in 43 minutes this way… if your targeting 52 mins you can adjust
