Hi! I'm a freelance web developer
I have 7 retainer clients
2 sons. One 3yr old and one newborn. ๐
All on top of being head of ops at my WFH 9-5 overseeing 25+ client accounts.
I talk about work, freelancing, and keeping things professional. ๐ถ๏ธ
Genie3 generates videos. We generate ๐ฏ๐ ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐น๐ฑ๐ you can actually use.
Launching tomorrow โ Tencent #HYWorld 2.0, an engine-ready World Model๐
This isn't a video. It's a real 3D scene, all generated & editable. One image in. A whole 3D world out.
๐ฅOpen-source tomorrow
I do love catching up with the industry and reading articles daily here on X. But i donโt need the FOMO .
Thanks @grok for always keeping things real. ๐
X has so many trending articles daily, each creating hype and fomo and new insights.
Love how i can use grok to put the hype into proper perspective and take everything with a grain of salt.

Itโs a digital version of a Filipino game we used to play in the 90s, donโt know if kids still play cards like this today. Maybe yes. ๐ built it for my kid

Iโve been building this on my spare time just for fun. :)
Check it out. I keep adding new updates to it daily. And polishing.
Today i added the foundations for a user profile. Thereโs so much to fix and tweak left :D
You can solve a lot of problems with python codes...
My printer's black ink is all dried and i need to print something soon....
So i got help writing a python code to convert all blacks into rich black colors. ๐
Iโve used ai for a lot of creative and non-creative work. And Iโm thankful that I still very often see what it misses to see and the flaws in its decisions. I will deal with ai the way Iโve dealt with it.
I will install it.
I've never watched GOT season 8.. I decided not to watch it at all. ๐But I've watched the rest of the seasons.
But for an exercise, these are the basic chained question prompts i asked Grok to help me write a Season 8 that i can enjoy and swallow. ๐
@adamlyttleapps My timeline is still mostly builders now, game devs, 3d and vibe coders. ๐
Last month though it wasnโt like that, i actively marked a lot of posts as โnot interestedโ until it became a focused timeline again ๐
Which hits harder when returning from an international trip? โ๏ธ
Noon time arrival: Hours ago you were relaxing in paradise... now it's afternoon and you're home.
Night arrival: Land, sleep, wake up... oh, back already?
I find the night arrival hits harder for me ๐
@mattiapomelli@sleekdotdesign It looks like the ai on the left has been training on dribble designs that hasnโt been tested in the real world yet. ๐ meanwhile the design on the right looks battle tested.
You grow by becoming more confident, not by becoming more afraid to fail or make mistakes.
Fear stunts growth. Support and encouragement build the kind of confidence that lets you grow.
If you are learning to code for the first time: don't have a โbig visionโ, donโt create a โplatformโ, or an โeco systemโ.
Start with something small, well scoped, fun, creative, even better if itโs useful.
And most importantly: finish the project!
Repeat until you are good with the tech.
Build a portfolio of small but finished projects for yourself!
