If recession fears aren’t stopping altcoins from pumping, what is? The answer is liquidity conditions.

Right now, liquidity remains tight due to three major factors:

1️⃣The Fed is still shrinking its balance sheet through Quantitative Tightening (QT).
2️⃣The Reverse Repo Facility is drained, removing a key liquidity source.
3️⃣The U.S. Treasury’s general account is running low, meaning fewer funds are available.

Until these constraints ease, altcoins will struggle to sustain upward momentum.
