🚨🎙️ - Gary Neville CALLS OUT the Manchester United board after the loss:
“It's 14 years now without a Premier League title. That will be another 5 or 10 before you know it because there are other clubs set up for success and Manchester United are NOT.
“They are making poor decisions. From a business perspective, this is really damaging. It CANNOT just be the manager again.
“There has got to be consequences ABOVE that. You can't keep letting the people pick the manager who keep getting it WRONG.”
Carrick’s got to go, but ultimately, it’s not all his fault. We’ve made countless mistakes in the transfer market and it’s finally caught up with us. The defence is SHOCKINGLY bad. I don’t see any manager really saving us the way we think they will, especially with Europe midweek
I’ve no idea what the future holds for Bruno Fernandes, but since his first day he’s been the best thing at United. I’ve always found criticism of him maddening, he’s saved us again and again and again and like him, I hope he doesn’t have to keep doing that.
Going after Bruno is wild to me! Given everything to the club the last 5 years and singlehandedly got us in the Champions League. Only to be rewarded with a summer of weakening the team and giving the manager's job to an inexperienced coaching team. Every right to be pissed off
🚨Leeds boss Daniel Farke 𝗗𝗘𝗙𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗦 Michael Carrick after United's poor start:
"We don't have many young British coaches in the Premier League. We have a promising one who has done excellent jobs at Middlesbrough and when [he] came in at Manchester United to steady the ship.
"But after six games when they haven't had a horrendous start, ok by their perception as they want to challenge for the title. The criticism has started already. 𝗜 𝗗𝗢𝗡'𝗧 𝗟𝗜𝗞𝗘 𝗜𝗧. If we have young promising managers let's look after them. Especially when you look at what he's done for the club over many years as a player and a coach in a very difficult situation. He did a 𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗢𝗨𝗦 job.
"We should back young British managers, yes I have German passport but I'm not too far away from getting British status. I like it when young British managers come through. The outside world wants to see everyone fail. We should be happy to have someone with so much potential and not question them too early."

Yous don’t need to ‘privately accept’ anything, all of us on here with common sense publicly told you every fucking day how disgraceful that window was for an abundance of reasons. They had NO excuses especially as Carrick became coach which made their lives 10x easier. 🗑️🤧
A 35 year Pascal Groß bossed the whole United team at Old Trafford. They wanted Bruno gone because he was about to turn 32.
Who are these people?????? They said the dynasty would start after Bruno. MF you would be watching Championship games without Bruno Fernandes.
Brighton are better coached and United’s quality didn’t bail them out like it usually does because they rotated most of their team.
Like it or not, that’s the reality.
Must have watched a different game to most people. Was very encouraged by performance. Been a long time since we've gone to Everton and controlled the game like that. Need to quicken tempo at times but we are improving. We'll do City next week.
Too much talk about Bruno Fernandes again, blah blah blah.
I know what I see. For me, he is the best player Manchester United have had since Sir Alex Ferguson left. Not even particularly close.
And honestly, I don't care what anyone thinks about him anymore. I don't care if you think he's too wasteful, too emotional, gives the ball away too much, whatever. You're entitled to your opinion. It just doesn't change mine in the slightest.
I've watched this guy turn up week after week, play through everything, create something out of absolutely nothing and carry ridiculous responsibility for this club for years.
He wants the ball. He wants the responsibility. He wants to decide games. Even when things are going badly, he never disappears. He still wants it. That's what I want from a Manchester United player.
I wouldn't swap him for anyone when it comes to leading this team. Every single matchweek, I want Bruno Fernandes walking out first, wearing the armband, dragging everyone else with him.
He's my favourite post-Fergie United player by a mile. And I genuinely think we'll look back one day and realise we had an absolute all-timer playing for us.
You can say whatever you want about Bruno. I really couldn't care less.
Bruno fucking Fernandes. That's my captain.
