@united As a long life, United member chase black, explorer card and a premier gold member. I have to say I had trouble and I was hung up on a few times from a mistake they have made, but thankfully I spoke to the right person and they fixed everything for and I appreciate it

@united @nearcyan I would just like to say that I had a big problem with United. They messed up my tickets moved my seats around three times from Polaris to premium and now I’m flying again with my child and they messed up again, but luckily great customer service over the phone

@united @HergottHeather You I am a premier member and they speak to me like I’m a nobody when I fly Polaris 3-4 times a year and they speak on the phone with me and all I said is wait one moment and she put me back on hold for 45 minutes and no one ever responded back to me. United is getting bad.

@united I spent my money flying on Polaris for me and my wife and this is how we get treated. I am so so upset. I’m never flying United and giving them a penny of my dollar ever again after how they treated me on the phone.

@united United service phone service is horrible. This lady kept me on hold for half hour all because I was trying to explain something to her and she put me on hold for a half hour. Nobody else responded never flying United ever again. You just lost a premier member.

@UnitedAirlines_ I’m so lived I had upgraded to Polaris and it was 699 I got to check out not only it said 2000 I also lost my premier seat. It’s so unfair I screen shot it and still nothing . I’m a premier older and card holder and there saying sorry we can’t do anything
