@DanClarkSports You should never ever ever admit to dropping a ball. Why do you think everyone’s taught to shield with their body? There’s nothing unsportsmanlike about it. You take the bad calls whenever you can. Back in the day, there were no challenges, so now all of a sudden it’s wrong?
How are the analysts overlooking the Reds as contenders in the NL Central? They boosted their bullpen, have a deep rotation even with Greene and Lodolo hurt, and Elly, Matt McLain and company now have a couple of years under their belt. I keep seeing Cubs, Brewers and Pirates.
@MLFootball@SSN_Buckeyes@Birm@BarstoolOSU Absolutely not. Year after year, at some point everyone wants him fired. Give me a break. Why is every year Nati or bust? It’s unsustainable at any level. As a Buckeye fan, Buckeye nation drives me nuts with this crap. Stop being sore losers. Your top 12 teams are all elite.
The Buckeyes loss was disappointing, but hats off to a great season. When you get to the playoffs in any league, you’re playing the best of the best, so upsets are not out of the norm. Miami got them at their worst, but games like last night are what make the postseason great.
Is it just me or does college football kind of suck this year? I can’t even put my finger on why, but even with some close games, this bowl season’s been kind of meh.
@WINCINNATI_ 4 - until we see the offense clicking, I’ll be sitting here week-to-week. It will happen eventually, but we tend to start slow in September. We’ll need a lot of timely stops from the defense this week.
@NFL_DovKleiman It’s his choice to believe what he wants to! This is the problem with our country. We pit ourselves against 1 side or the other on political views rather than coming to the table to discuss our differences. If you don’t agree with his views, judge him by his play only!
@Redsmusee Tyler Stephenson and CES are looking like they might make this list eventually. I was super hyped for both guys, but they haven’t developed at all like I thought they would.
Hunter Greene has been outstanding the last couple of seasons, but injuries may cut him short in the end.
@unlimited_ls All of these people in the comments acting like they’re marksmen because of the hours of COD they’ve put in. I’m pretty sure the stress you feel playing those games doesn’t light a torch to real life. You can’t storm the middle of the map IRL, so that wipes out most commenters.
@RedsDaily4 The pick was best available. Burns has a massively high ceiling and he showed us just a taste of his potential in his debut against the Yankees. The Red Sox aren’t slouches at the plate. He’s bound to take some rough starts here and there while he gets his feet wet.
For all the people who don't think it's a big deal for Ohio State to play all these Big Noon games, aside from the recruiting angle, do you realize the home field advantage by crowd participation, atmosphere etc is reduced by probably 30% by playing these games at noon. There's a reason no one wants to play LSU or Va Tech at night or Penn St White out is a night game. Its a huge disadvantage to the home team that they would otherwise be able to utilize. You think Texas is gonna schedule next year's game at noon because "who cares what time you play? I like to get to bed early"? No you morons. It makes a difference.
