but I don't understand why dealers have to eat the cost for this, especially when you don't include the cost of the con ticket in with the dealer's ticket. That's common practice for near every event I've ever traded at, especially considering how much we miss in the den.

At this time I think I will be leaving them because I'm so utterly sick of their lack of communication and general safety. Why the HELL can someone disconnect MY ELECTRICITY AND GAS without confirming ANY of the details?
