We need the tonic of wildness...At the same time that we are earnest to explore and learn all things, we require that all things be mysterious and unexplorable, that land and sea be indefinitely wild... unfathomed by us because unfathomable. We can never have enough of nature.
@arealmofwonder Two years ago just after my mother's death I took my late father to Dymock in Gloucestershire to see the famous daffodil woods. Frost lived nearby when he wrote the poem and it was very apparent to us his "yellow woods" may well have been those we were walking through.

@blackintheempir It's well known the conflict started in 2014. The important thing is that Russia massively escalated the war by invading Ukraine in 2022.
