• Police Station/Agency details
• Requisition/Order ka copy/reference number
📌 STEP 2 — Competent Criminal Court Approach Karein
Ordinary criminal investigation mein, applicable BNSS provisions ke under competent Magistrate ke saamne de-freezing/release application file karo.
📌 STEP 3 — Legitimate Source Establish Karein
Supporting documents attach karein —
