@RobertHartleyGM @vivadirt Mostly as written. Should someone crit fail and lets say break a leg. They would get hp back and brace the leg but take a disadvantage on dex based rolls and lose walking/running speed for 1d6 weeks (if time is sloppy and unkept then a few quests until I start to feel shame.)
