@thisisakiliao #LPMHQ good question! In private practice, focus is driven by client demand. The approach to legal buy is changing globally, and as it does, we are expected (and genuinely excited) to change with it.

@butcher_studios #LPMHQ I would focus more on the diversity of the sample. The response you get from 100 partners in a room will be different to the response of 20 partners, 40 junior lawyers and 40 business services professionals. Age, gender, personal experience will always play a part too!

#lpmhq A3 I think the Blockbuster Videos of the world will tell you, budget does not equal change! As far as smaller firms are concerned, I say they have an advantage. The smaller the group, the easier to monitor and collect feedback, after all
