@united yesterday upon boarding our flight from Houston to Quito’s, after delays for maintenance, and upon FINALLY getting seated on the plane, we were told our flight was CANCELED! United REFUSED to put us in a hotel room!
@united I am leading a high school group trip and NO ONE is able to retrieve their bags. We are STRANDED in Texas! Students are missing out on their $5000 (PER PERSON) trip! @united this is UNACCEPTABLE!!!
@kaiyen Isn’t that what we have already been doing for a few years? I never share the whole desktop - or I share my secondary desktop which has no extra information on it.
You cannot have a good student experience without a good employee experience.
Higher Ed needs to care about their employees' wellbeing as much as their students'.
