Alberta is on track for a sixth consecutive surplus, and the Heritage Fund is on pace to hit $35 billion in 2027.

Not only did we balance the budget in 2025-26, but we are now also on track for a $2 billion surplus in 2026-27.

Our economy is growing faster than forecast and faster than most of the country, and we’re attracting more and more investment.

Thank you to Minister Jason Nixon @JasonNixonAB and his team for the discipline and hard work behind these numbers. Alberta has been given a great opportunity to finish the year strong.

🚔 Peel Police just posted a $4.3 million fraud bust and wouldn’t put the name in the tweet.

Here it is:
Pawanjeet Singh Mann, 52, Brampton.

Disbarred July 2025 after the Law Society found he knowingly took part in a 2019 mortgage fraud.

Now charged with 13 offences over four alleged mortgage and cheque schemes. 💵

Police say there may be more victims.

Name them. Shame them. Charge them. Don’t hide them!
