There was a time when I was engrossed in astrology, fascinated by the art and the science.
I hadn't considered this aspect, Nat, but your comment really resonated.
I spent some time this morning trying to separate out pop-astrology from more meaningful aspects...thank you for mentioning this. โค๏ธ
Today I felt close to myself again.
Somehow I went to sleep with a headache mid-March and now itโs April.
Thereโs a lot to catch up on, but also, not. It just is.
As long as I donโt lose my white dog on the white sand the day is a success. Small steps.
@LilaGhim Thank you Lila! I'm looking forward to figuring out a way to keep up with this new digital writing practice that is more supportive to me. ๐
@JinLL Hopefully this flare will pass and Iโll have a calm few years ahead! We should stick to more pleasant commonalities like paddle boarding and ukulele!! ๐๐
You know what are no fun?
Ocular migraines.
Itโs amazing how little is known about these synapse thunderstorms. Itโs been awhile since my brain tuned into this frequency. Once the pattern starts it seems hard to stop again.
My iPad screen looks like a Picasso. ๐ซฅ
@spitzerlaw Bucolic is in the eye of the beholder. Or, perhaps, the eye of the cat 5. ๐
March, October, and all the in between. Iโll take it. ๐๐ด
A rare day to watch the sun rise and then set over the Gulf of Mexico. One body of water, one state, different environment entirely.
Thereโs a lot wrong with Florida, but thereโs a lot right, too.
@JinLL Thanks Jinny. ๐ Itโs been quite a few years since Iโve been in the thick of them so it has certainly caught me off guard.
This first time I saw this vid (in the next comment) from the Mayo Clinic I felt so vindicated! Like yes there is really a rainbow in my eye!
Sometimes the risk is worth the reward.
Last summer we took a chance, moving to the middle of nowhere on a hunch.
Watching the sun set over the pines doesn't get old. The same blue heron flies over every night to wherever they are roosting. It makes my heart happy.
Other leaps of faith haven't panned out so well.
Maybe everything works together for the good? Maybe it's random. I can't say.
I'm mostly just happy to be here.
I'm running the first Atomic Ideas Sprint in March & I'm so excited ๐
30 Days. 1 Single Focus:
Build 3-5 atomic ideas that will form the foundation for hundreds of pieces of shareable content.
I've always found magic happens when a group of people come together to learn, practice & focus on a single outcome.
So this sprint isn't a course. It's a focused, community working sprint. I'll be your guide, but you'll spend the majority of the time DOING the work of building ideas.
And not just any ideas. Atomic Ideas. Powerful ideas. Ideas that have the potential to go big. Ideas that will be the catalyst for all your content moving forward.
Sounds too good to be true. But trust me, we can do it together.
Want to learn more or join us? I'll leave the link in the next post ๐
I just shipped a 20 page strategic analysis. I'm thrilled with the outcome.
Just before release, I started to collapse. There wasn't the bandwidth to finish the doc, be present engaging and posting, and progress with the Sprint.
I'm grateful for folks like @evielync shifting the narrative.
I'm happy with having another professional publication out there. I'm also happy it's done, and done well.
Now there's full freedom to turn my attention back to the sprint, back to building community. Nothing was lost.
Another hustle myth lessens its grip on my brain.
I haven't been writing or producing much public content the last month.
I've been busy with content for the Atomic Sprint & Tana Fast Track Course Updates.
But this afternoon I outlined & dumped a few Medium articles and it felt GOOD to write again๐คฉ
Life Lesson: You can't do everything all the time.
Understand that & you'll be much happier in general.
