I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Zara India. I returned a product on 21 Jan 2026 at the Phoenix store (delivered on 4 Jan 2026). The store staff informed me that the refund could not be processed in cash and offered a bank transfer link instead @ZARA_Care
However, it has now been over a month and I have neither received the refund nor the promised link.
I have been calling repeatedly and each time I am told to wait 48–72 hours with no resolution. There has been zero accountability.@ZARA@ZARA_Care#ZaraIndia#refundissue
To make matters worse, a rep named Kushal behaved unprofessionally & even threatened to disconnect the call if I did not comply, refusing to document my complaint.This is unacceptable. Zara has taken my product and my money, and has failed to provide any resolution @ZARA_Care

The music has gotten louder by the second in worli BDD chawl area, all day it was loudspeaker announcements and now it’s party music nowhere closely related to ganpati. No police help ones are available. Please make it stop @MumbaiPolice

4th day straight this nuisance at BDD Chawl, Worli. How is this allowed under the watch of @MumbaiPolice it’s on till 3-4am only to restart at 7:30am. Zero concern for elderly, pets and other’s sleep/peace. Take strictest action @mybmc@MumbaiPolice
