A long-running domestic dispute between a couple in Madhya Pradesh's Chhatarpur took a tragic turn after the woman allegedly thrashed her husband to death following an altercation at her parental home.

The incident took place in Shivnagar Colony. According to police, the victim, Deendayal Kushwaha, had gone to his wife's parental home where she had been living for the past few years. Investigators said an argument broke out between the couple, which escalated into a violent confrontation.
