I have been to Hell and Back during my PG! Had I have had no access to the Spiritual wisdom like Sudarshan Kriya & scriptures, I couldn’t have come out with irreversible physical and mental damages. Stress & consequences have become an epidemic and it’s repercussions r peaking!

All India Rank 1 in DM (hepatology) Dr.Sidharth sharma attempted suicide due to extreme toxicity of his dept professor

If this is the situation of a senior doctor imagine the plight of junior doctors in PG residency and MBBS Ug who couldn’t even speak in fear of failure and eventually goes in depression while holding the responsibilities of their family ,Education and their personal traumas all together .

Hundreds of medical students do suicide every year due to toxicity and arrhythmic stress by authorities but no one is concerned and it repeats .

A portal for grievances of students should be opened by govt and concerns should be responded fast otherwise this profession will become a graveyard of suicides !

@Deb_livnletliv Have met the phenomenal lady once. Was inspired the way she took care of every complaint that came to her. It’s the bad luck of our country that every honest man like Savarkar, Shastri has to bear worst of behaviour from Indian system

Honest work should be punished ??

IAS officer Divya Mittal brought piped drinking water to the village of Lahuriya Dah in Uttar Pradesh after 75 years of neglect.
She didn't break rules but broke decades of neglect.

Her Reward : A Transfer
Reason : She couldn't find any reason to invite a politician for inauguration 🤦‍♂️

@PTI_News @Gurudev Absolutely correct! Let’s not stretch the bitterness in every aspect of life. Let’s hope for a harmonious tomorrow where the whole world meditates and follows principles on ancient civilizations which truly is the origin of all beings 🙏
