Ruchish (Ru) Shah

I build AI agents that run in production. 13 yrs shipping software. Build logs, cost teardowns, and what actually breaks. Toronto 🇨🇦

[Ruchish (Ru) Shah @ruchishshah]

Two agents in production so far: one doing inventory intelligence for a B2B marketplace, one handling developer Q&A over internal docs.

Different problems, same lesson — the model was never the hard part. Getting clean data in and making the output trustworthy was.

13 yrs shipping software. I post what I learn building these.

@adcock_brett what would you say about Claude Duet as competitor for @hark_labs

[Ruchish (Ru) Shah @ruchishshah]

@mustafa01ali Interesting

[Ruchish (Ru) Shah @ruchishshah]

@adcock_brett built community mobile App simply using HARK iOS mobile app without opening computer and with one shot prompt and Apple developer credentials

What a world we are living in….

[Ruchish (Ru) Shah @ruchishshah]

@adcock_brett I am in love with Hark, with one single prompt turned into project, I was able to post and promote my Instagram profile much faster than I can ever imagine. Without touching computer at all. All from my phone.

Great job team…I am excited to try more from building games to apps.

@SebastianGallic It’s like you sold your data for 30 USD in bae of free pizza. Where the investor spent only 1 million to get 333,333 user’s data on Friday evening with hope of making them as their repeat customer to buy 100 USD per month subscription.

[Ruchish (Ru) Shah @ruchishshah]

@SebastianGallic Privacy is myth in world of AI agents…

[Ruchish (Ru) Shah @ruchishshah]

@Dhaval @adcock_brett @hark_labs @adcock_brett can you do any other option. Purchased Visa Prepaid US Visa Card can be used in process by Hark to order pizza for Canadian User..

By the way my hark agent was able to disclose where it was running Linux and Chrome browser in one of the chats

[Ruchish (Ru) Shah @ruchishshah]

@Dhaval @adcock_brett @hark_labs They couldn’t do for Canadian audience…so now empty stomach…

[Ruchish (Ru) Shah @ruchishshah]

@adcock_brett Why not Canada

[Ruchish (Ru) Shah @ruchishshah]

@adcock_brett What about Canada

[Ruchish (Ru) Shah @ruchishshah]

@adcock_brett That’s amazing. My hark is going through my email box to cleanup and organizing which I couldn’t do for years

Next is photos and notes..

I wish I can create my mind map and what’s pending in my life..

Visualizer and notifier along with organizer

[Ruchish (Ru) Shah @ruchishshah]

@adcock_brett I can’t stop using Hark. Recently I had to update my resume, Hark had all of my context and it did in minutes without me configuring any tool. I simply pointed the job for which recruiter wanted resume to be submitted matching my skills along with job key responsibility.

[Ruchish (Ru) Shah @ruchishshah]

@adcock_brett Cancel the processing of request. No way to do right now unless I am missing anything

[Ruchish (Ru) Shah @ruchishshah]

@adcock_brett I am more excited about the hardware you are building behind the scene which will have hark embedded in and more context derived from camera and surroundings…great start. Great to work under your leadership

[Ruchish (Ru) Shah @ruchishshah]
