Last Saturday, we woke up to 12 degree temperatures and still ran as we prepare for our @Ruck4HIT in May. Why? Because there are those who have served our country who can’t. We’ll do the same tomorrow. Join us at 7:45 am at @CapeCodRoasters in @mashpeecommons.
A big thanks to @AnytimeFitness in Mashpee for leading a group of this year’s @Ruck4HIT participants in circuit training last night. Join us next Monday at 5 pm as we increase our training for this year’s race in May.
