Truly powerful week last month with @bestdefense_ Foundation’s Stronghold Program for transitioning US military operators and NFL athletes. @donnieedwards & @bestdefense_ set up an incredible experience stacked with elite educators Dr. Kate Pate, Dr. Bronner Handwerger, Dr. Nyaka Niilampti and elite experiences from hiking, ATVing, 3 gun and long range shooting, bulldozing trees for wildfire mitigation, and wrapping up every night with intentional fireside chats all at a dynamite ranch in Utah.

The information on TBI, TBI treatment modalities, mental skills and tactics for helping ourselves and others wrestling with depression and suicide, the education on the endocrine system and methods, tactics, and supps to improve ourselves was off the charts. Can’t say enough about the great things that happened here and the power of connection and conversations with humans sharing their vulnerable perspectives and experiences. Honored to have attended and be allowed to share some of the breath world with this awesome group!
