Honored to join @RuthWorksTN & @RuCoChamber to kick off the We Grow Talent Summit. Families, businesses & our economy thrive when we focus on meaningful employment, & it's important that we prepare Tennesseans with the skills they need to succeed & contribute to our workforce.
We love to practice what we preach in RuCo. Hiring our local schools for services and providing students with hands-on work experience is one method to introducing students to available careers and opportunities. #WeGrowTalent

WBL Myth vs. Fact #1:
"I can't work with teens. According to child labor laws they must be 18 or older"
