@hotiiofficial A while back I watched a video where this guy did the same six to eight exercises for three months straight, then switched to a new set of eight. His whole point was that muscles respond better when you stick to the same exercises and just keep adding weight and reps.

India showed composure in difficult moments. Backing their plans, keeping it simple and doing the basics right. England were always in the chase but India looked confident on the field that they would see this game through. And they did.
