@virginmedia TV fault reported this morning, told to wait 3 hours, still not working and unable request engineer as your website is not functioning properly. 🤔

@AirbnbHelp Unfortunately this is taking far too long to resolve and is unacceptable. 4 days of an 8 day rental with nothing resolved and no contact from renters, appalling.

@Airbnb horrible service from Centara Rentals in Orlando. Several urgent issues with our property. Just answerphone from rental co and no help from Airbnb. Disgusting
