A mod for GTA San Andreas, by franchise, allows CJ to shoot NPCs more accurately while being in slow-motion, and it's called Vice Bullet Time.

The mod was inspired by the bullet-time ability in Max Payne 3, RDR2, and GTA 6.

I’ve been working on a mod for GTA San Andreas that takes mechanics from Max Payne 3 and visual styles from GTA 6. So far it has:

• Bullet time + adrenaline meter
• Shootdodge, aim mid-air and on the ground
• Cinematic bullet cam and kill cam
• GTA 6-style look and HUD
