@AirIndiaX / @MoCA_GoI You should fix your flight rescheduling and cancelling issue. My last 10 flights from AIX either got cancelled, delay or rescheduled. Such a pathetic service. Last fight from Banalore to Udaipur was cancelled at last minute.

my concern is not resolved. it is being asked to cancel ticket and cancellation charged will be applied as per government regulation. However, Train was cancelled by Railway, hence I did new booking. I had to hard earn money without any fault.

I have received 2 SMS regarding cancellation of Train No. 14624 (Patal Lok express) and it restore. In between I booked an alternative train. Now I have to cancel either train and cancellation charges will be deducted.
