@Flipkart @flipkartsupport @jagograhakjago Why charge ₹7 Payment Handling + ₹30 Offer Handling = ₹37 when a Platform Fee is already charged?

I understand a platform fee, but what justifies these extra charges? Also, is this consistent with consumer-protect.. rules?

@redBus_in again a terrible experience from your side bus got 1 hour late then the given time this is not first time. Two days back the same bus got late i dont think so it's because of traffic as the other buses on same route were on time

Garbage has been piling up near Bal Vinay Mandir School on the main road in front of it at Rampura for several days. It is because the garbage collector van just come for 3-4 days in a month in that area . And also he asks for money from the locals.

@redBus_in Now I am very clear with my intention now I want full refund for delaying my trip by almost 9 hours and I want to go to udaipur but stuck here in ujjain just because bus broke up 3rd time in a row from bhopal just had a very bad experience

@redBus_in so red bus this is your bus operators service I have taken bus from kothri kalan and from their to here (ujjain) it had took almost 10 hours to travel which is fully fucked up for me now at this time 8:51 He just started bus and saying he will drop to another bus
