@ola_supports @KasiValaparla You driver changed the route. While booking it was via BTM layout and then via Silk Board. Now has take the route that goes via NICE Road. He is saying about toll tax now. The route that shown while booking., had no toll tax. What kind of scam is this!?

@ola_supports ..driver changed the route. When I booked my route was different now he taken a different route that has toll on it and also fare is higher. While booking, it was via BTM layout and then via Silk Board. Now he has taken route that goes via NICE ROAD. Pls take action

Dear @KotakBankLtd whenever you have technical issue or glitch from your end, please dont show your customer's balance 0. It makes our situatuation more horrifying. We cant even withdrawal money from ATM's.
