Parte del grupo que habría participado en la masacre llegó a Trujillo desde Lima, según uno de los detenidos. El expediente fiscal revela que un día antes del secuestro los asesinos recorrieron la ciudad. Uno de los hombres conocía a Jenss Lara y mostró al resto de sicarios sus movimientos, sus agentes de seguridad y las personas que lo rodeaban. Era un “topo” de “Los Pulpos” infiltrado en el entorno del empresario.

Horas después, parte de ese grupo de asesinos quedó grabado junto a la Hilux que sería utilizada en el secuestro. Son las imágenes que revelamos días atrás. Para el ataque, le colocaron una placa policial y los secuestradores utilizaron uniformes, chalecos y cascos de la PNP.

Roy Peter Bocanegra, uno de los detenidos, declaró que estuvo con el grupo de sicarios durante las horas previas al crimen. Los llevó hasta la discoteca Nosso. Según su relato, hablaban de un hombre que saldría de la discoteca y uno de ellos les mostró dónde vivían sus padres.

Una hora después de la masacre, Bocanegra volvió a encontrarse con el equipo de asesinos. De la Hilux sacaron tres uniformes de la Policía, chalecos antibalas, cascos, guantes y borceguíes. Los hombres le entregaron todo ese material para que lo sacara del lugar. Bocanegra escondió los uniformes en su casa.

Los secuestradores no solo siguieron por tierra a Jenss Lara. El expediente revela que utilizaron un DRON para vigilar en tiempo real la camioneta en la que viajaba. Los videos registran su recorrido desde que salió de la discoteca Nosso hasta momentos antes del ataque.

El expediente contiene imágenes de Lara durante el cautiverio. En uno de los videos, Lara aparece obligado a transmitir un mensaje. “Jhonsson está cumpliendo con su parte de no toparme”, dice. Luego habla de un acuerdo por “dos millones” y transmite la amenaza de que, si no cumplen con pagar, el jefe de “Los Pulpos” empezará a “toparlo” y le cortarán dos dedos a la vez.

Los sicarios llegados presuntamente de Lima que participaron en la masacre siguen libres. El expediente no los identifica plenamente ni señala si alguno pertenecía a la Policía o a las Fuerzas Armadas. Eso todavía está por determinarse.
