This attitude by Adv Batohi is what South Africans have been subjected to over her appointment. Her disrespect and arrogance is totally shocking, hence the collapse of the @NPA_Prosecutes during her tenure.
There has to be serious consequences if we are to protect the integrity of our criminal justice system, including demanding the entire salary she earned while sleeping on the job. She doesn't care and she never did.
Letting her get away with this behaviour will certainly set a dangerous precedent for South African criminal justice system.
ActionSA has always been of the view that she must be suspended, but the President in his lacklustre approach to the future of our country, failed to act.
