@Simon_Sithole20@SAPoliceService The Constitution won't allow it, that's why Gangs continue to do whatever they want. You can't be soft on terrorists but, here we are. Our Constitution is human rights based. An unpopular opinion: For law and order some rights need to go. They allow lawlessness to prevail.
@king_webstar@IanCameron23 Although not in the majority it contributes in a percentage particularly in the Sexual assault of young boys where porn is used as a grooming or desensitisation tool to make them think what the teen or adult female is about to do is normal.
@Patriot_S_A Porn should be banned in SA not only because of this case but, because it leads to sexual related offences especially in a country like ours with high numbers of sexual related offences. The Constitution won't allow it because everyone has a right to freedom of expression.
@Dzungie007 Nope, corruption is not restricted to a political party but, is an ethical, moral and an individual problem. Most aren't in it to service the people or country but their needs and wants.
@S_Gwiliza Those lawmakers belong to political parties and only draw up or enact laws based on the interests of their parties and not citizens, otherwise minimum criminal sentences would've been altered to adapt to fit today's crime rate to serve as punishment and porn would be banned in SA
@mbuyonce Corruption although, you can't equate to Apartheid, it has features of Apartheid such as the violation of human rights when a tender is given to provide water never fulfills it's mandate to ensure The right to water( which is in Chpt 2 of the Bill of Rights in the Constitution).
@n_makhubele They suffer the most from corruption and tender fraud. The Education suffers because a tender that was supposed to repair a classroom is never complete and instead when it rains the learners can't come to school because the class floods many other examples can be given. INHUMANE.
