We were still processing the shock, where they further shocked us by splitting the group, advising that 2 of the passengers continue the journey (as the 2 had a valid US Visa and that gives them the right to transit through UK, which also turned out to be wrong information).

They told us that we would need to do immigration in the UK, which was a shock for us, as we explicitly confirmed it at the source, Singapore, that no immigration was needed in the UK and that our baggage was checked in all the way to Reykjavik.

@SingaporeAir @staralliance My SIA Flight was revised to a day before and converted to a NON VTL Flight which is not convenient and Singapore won't allow entry without a NON VTL flight. I have been trying to call since forever and no one responds. My flight is within 6 days and upcoming travel depends on it
