@bt_uk I ordered a full fibre connection on 24th April, have had 2 engineers out since and have been told both times they can’t do it, also was told that someone needed to survey the property before the last engineer came to see what needed to be done to get me set up.

Seems like who ever came to do the survey, if they even did come out didn’t do it properly cause why did they send an engineer out if they couldn’t actual get the job done? It’s been abit of a shambles. Now been told it might take a while to get it done as they have to do more
