@AdamHocking @LombardiHimself Oh I have full ambition of moving on from Jimmy G. But thinking a rookie will come in, learn shanahan’s system in one year, and manage this team to a deep postseason run is unrealistic. This team is built to win now, not wait for a young guy to develop.
