I don't have the money to replace it at the moment so I can't vote now even though I have been a registered voter for 30 years

@mattvanswol Let me put it a different way. My marriage certificate got destroyed in a flood. So I will need to pay money to the county to get a new one to be able to vote. That is a poll tax! I will replace it but if someone lives somewhere different then they got married it makes it harder.
