I put a significant down payment on our website this morning. It’s not cheap, but it’s essential—often the first and only place people will discover who we are and decide if they want to join us. When it’s done, it’ll look and feel like a top-tier crypto project—because that’s exactly where we’re headed.

$CRM and $cryptorugmunch are about building a real foundation and a strong future—not smoke and mirrors.

Someone asked, “What do holders get back?” Fair question. Here’s the plan.

• Utility and access: Early holders get free premium app access as long as you maintain the required token balance. Non-holders can subscribe (payable in $CRM/$cryptorugmunch and other crypto). It won’t be “cheap” to qualify for free premium—by design. Right now, accumulating enough tokens is relatively inexpensive; that may not always be the case.

• Ongoing value: We’ll continually add products and services as the project grows. In the near future, I plan to launch a weekly newsletter featuring longer-form analysis and deeper investigations from multiple writers (including me) in the crypto space. Holders with a qualifying balance of $CRM or $cryptorugmunch will likely receive free access, while others can subscribe for a monthly fee.

• Ads and reinvestment: Basic-tier users will see ads in the app. A set percentage of that ad revenue will be reinvested into the project via buy/burn initiatives and continuous app upgrades.

• Staking: Staking rewards will be introduced once the DAO framework is established.

I’ll commit to reinvesting a set portion of earnings from every new product or service we decide to offer back into the project in some way shape or form.

I haven’t finalized the exact portion of additional earnings that will be directed back into the tokens, but it will be set at a level designed to sustain value and support continued growth for holders.

Bottom line: Real utility now, recurring value over time, and a serious commitment to reinvesting so holder benefits keep growing. It is my goal to keep adding value for holders and make $CRM and $cryptorugmunch tokens people genuinely want to keep in their wallets.

Let me explain again, just so nobody’s left confused about why I created two tokens for this project.

I launched $cryptorugmunch on Zora because the platform pays creators 1% of trading fees and gives 50% of the supply, vested over 5 years. I’m not keeping that to myself — the idea is to use it to build value: burning some, and putting some into the DAO for things like exchange listings, rewards for holders, and other stuff we need to grow.

And already, the DAO has made a difference. Our DexTools and DexScreener listings for $cryptorugmunch were paid for by the DAO — and honestly, that never would’ve even happened if the project was just me trying to fund it alone.

Now compare that to https://t.co/oJRkIhGfVu. They don’t give creators tokens, but they let you earn trading fees right away. For $CRM, that’s split 50/50 between me and @RugMunchDao. Every cent the DAO earns gets reinvested back into the project. And as for my share — if it ever grows bigger than what I need to live and keep building, I’ll be putting that back into the project too.

I’m not here to live flashy or chase a quick buck. I just want to be able to focus on building out the project and creating content full-time without worrying about whether I’ll be able to afford to keep a roof over my head.

That’s why both $CRM and $cryptorugmunch exist. One helps the other and they will have increasing synergy with each other over time.
