Hey @ATT I requested a refund of the difference on my bill due to AT&T not properly setting up the two new lines and was denied. I was overcharged by a little under $140 for last month, and was offered $20 credit. Where can I appeal?

Hey @Westin, my first hotel stay since pandemic started and I’m already put off. Out of 4 staff I interacted with 2 wore 😷 under their nose, and 1 wore it on his chin. LOTS of mandated mask signs yet no staff asked others to wear masks. Lost count how many guests didn’t have 😷
