The Qzimin hail from the west plateau of Nor, their being descent from mountain dwarves, gnomes and trolls the Qzimin are hated by many. This tribe of qzimins are Kaqzmuns or Kaqzman who have settled in the desert of Nor.

The reason I think many people hate magic these day is because it's either gamified or just an excuse for plot contrivances magic should be mysterious and built into world and also effect it, not just a tool for the MC.
