NOW IS THE TIME: PACK UP, MERGE, AND BECOME SUCCESSFUL
Yesterday, Brother Ken unpacked a profound spiritual invitation.
Pack Up.
To pack up is to travel light. It means packing away unnecessary thoughts, past hurts, expectations, labels, ego, and emotional baggage. A traveller only carries what is essential. Likewise, the soul must learn to let go of anything that prevents it from flying freely towards the Father.
Merge.
When the unnecessary has been packed away, the original virtues naturally emerge. Merge your mind with God’s remembrance. Merge peace into every thought, love into every interaction, wisdom into every decision and mercy into every relationship. Let the Father’s qualities become your natural response.
Become Successful.
Success is not measured by achievement alone. Spiritual success is remaining soul-conscious regardless of circumstances. It is responding rather than reacting, serving without seeking recognition, loving without conditions, and remaining stable through praise or criticism.
The sequence is important.
When I pack up, I become light.
When I become light, I can merge with the Supreme.
When I merge with the Supreme, success becomes a natural consequence rather than something I chase.
The retreat is reminding me that this is not a future assignment.
Now is the time.
Not tomorrow.
Not when life becomes easier.
Not when circumstances improve.
Now is the moment to become the soul I was always meant to be.
Africa Arise. Simudza Africa.
Today we completed our introductions at the Brahma Kumaris Regional Retreat, marking 90 years of Brahma Kumaris—a remarkable milestone of spiritual service, peace and transformation.
What struck me most was the beautiful tapestry of humanity gathered in one room. Participants came from Canada, the United Kingdom, India, Pakistan, Mauritius, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Ghana, Liberia, Madagascar, Rwanda, Seychelles, Reunion, Uganda, Sierra Leone, Angola, Eswatini, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Rwanda, Kenya, Tanzania, Niger, Nigeria, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Brazil, Cameroon, Botswana, Benin, Mozambique, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and Ireland.
Different nations. Different cultures. Different languages. Yet one shared purpose: to elevate human consciousness and become instruments of peace for the world.
As an African, my heart is full. Africa is not merely represented—it is rising. Through values-based leadership, inner transformation and genuine collaboration, we have the opportunity to shape a continent that leads with wisdom, compassion and integrity.
Africa Arise. Simudza Africa. The future we seek begins with the consciousness we cultivate today.

Boarding for Dar es Salaam.
As I wait to board at Robert Gabriel Mugabe International Airport, I am filled with gratitude.
The first half of the year has been one of growth, responsibility, learning, and countless blessings. Like many journeys, it has also required resilience, reflection, and faith.
Over the next few days, I will step away from the pace of everyday life to attend the Brahma Kumaris Return to the Source retreat in Tanzania.
This is more than a journey across borders.
It is a journey inward.
A time to pause.
To listen.
To reconnect with the eternal self.
To remember that before every title, every responsibility, and every achievement, I am a soul.
As I prepare to celebrate another birthday upon my return, I believe this retreat has come at exactly the right time.
Sometimes the most important journey is not to a new destination, but back to the Source from which peace, wisdom, and purpose flow.
Tanzania, here I come.
✨ Returning to the Source.
✨ Returning to Peace.
✨ Returning to Purpose.
Tanzania 🇹🇿 ➡️ Zimbabwe 🇿🇼
Five days. Silence. Reflection. Renewal.
Stepping away from the noise to listen to what comes next.
Something special is loading… ✨
Inao- the kid has been brilliant, holding his own against his more illustrious Germany opponents.
He has been tidying things up in Ivory Coast and offering the attacking impetus going forward.

Benjamin Goliath scored his debut PSL goal today as Hunters dispatched Simba Bhora 2-1. This should open the flood gates for this PRECOCIOUS TALENT.
In terms of attacking instinct I can certainly say he is the HEIR APPARENT to the Silent Assassin.

On Saturday, I had the privilege of participating in the I Am Woman Conference 2026 under the theme Becoming.
What stood out most was the collective power of women from different backgrounds, industries, and life journeys coming together to learn, share, encourage, and inspire one another.
As I reflected on the conversations throughout the day, I was reminded that becoming is not a destination—it is a continuous process of growth, courage, reinvention, and purpose. Every season invites us to evolve into a better version of ourselves while remaining anchored in our values.
To every woman in the room, thank you for your authenticity, wisdom, vulnerability, and strength. Your stories were a powerful reminder that leadership is not simply about position; it is about influence, service, and the legacy we create through the lives we touch.
May we continue to become women who are guided by purpose, anchored by values, and driven by legacy.

Yesterday, I had the privilege of participating in the IODZ Financial Essentials Workshop for Directors and Board Members held at Newlands Country Club.
Effective governance requires more than experience; it demands continuous learning, curiosity and a commitment to strengthening our ability to oversee strategy, risk, performance and value creation. As the business environment continues to evolve, directors must continually refresh their knowledge and sharpen their skills to remain effective stewards of the organisations they serve.
The workshop was a valuable reminder that lifelong learning is not optional for leaders entrusted with governance responsibilities. By investing in our own development, we strengthen our capacity to make informed decisions, enhance organisational resilience and create sustainable impact for stakeholders.
Strong boards are built on strong directors, and strong directors never stop learning.

“Governance excellence is not a destination; it is a discipline of continuous learning, reflection and improvement.”
I was privileged to attend the American Chamber of Commerce in Zimbabwe (AmCham Zimbabwe) Platinum Members Breakfast, which brought together business leaders for strategic discussions on strengthening investor confidence in Zimbabwe.
We were honoured to hear from the United States Ambassador to Zimbabwe, Ambassador Pamela Tremont, whose keynote address provided valuable perspectives on the investment climate, economic opportunities, and the importance of fostering an environment that supports sustainable growth.
Platforms such as these are important in promoting constructive dialogue between business, government, diplomatic partners, and investors. They create opportunities to exchange ideas, build trust, and collectively explore pathways to enhancing Zimbabwe’s competitiveness as an investment destination.
Thank you to AmCham Zimbabwe for convening this important conversation.

The Morning Miracle
Every morning is a miracle disguised as an ordinary event.
The sun rises without applause.
The birds sing without invitation.
Life begins again without asking whether we are ready.
The morning reminds me that God is a God of new beginnings.
Yesterday’s disappointments do not have to define today.
Yesterday’s victories do not exempt us from today’s work.
Each sunrise is an invitation:
✨ to begin again,
✨ to believe again,
✨ to build again.
Some of life’s greatest miracles are not dramatic moments. They are found in the quiet gift of another day, another breath, another opportunity to become who we were created to be.
This morning, I choose gratitude over worry, purpose over distraction, and faith over fear.
The miracle is not just that the sun rose.
The miracle is that we rose with it.
Good morning.

As AI reshapes the world, psychologists have a unique role to play.
While engineers build intelligent systems, psychologists understand human behaviour, decision-making, trust, motivation, learning, and wellbeing. These insights are critical to ensuring AI is not only powerful, but also ethical, inclusive, and human-centered.
From a Corporate Affairs perspective, AI adoption is ultimately about people. Success depends on stakeholder trust, reputation management, effective communication, responsible governance, and navigating societal expectations. Psychologists are uniquely equipped to help organizations understand how employees, consumers, regulators, investors, and communities perceive and respond to AI.
The future of AI will not be shaped by technology alone. It will be shaped by those who understand both machines and the people they are designed to serve.

One of the messages that resonated deeply with me at the Action Conference 2026 was the principle that before a significant assignment, there is often a season of separation.
Throughout history, many of the individuals entrusted with great responsibility first experienced periods of preparation, refinement and sometimes even isolation before stepping fully into their purpose.
As I listened, I was reminded of an earlier message this year: “Tambaoga Mwanangu” (Walk Alone, My Child). At the time, it seemed challenging. Today, it carries a deeper meaning.
Separation is not always rejection.
Sometimes it is preparation.
Sometimes it is protection.
Sometimes it is positioning.
In leadership, governance and nation-building, there are seasons when one must step away from noise, distraction and competing influences to gain clarity of vision, strengthen conviction and develop the character required for the next assignment.
The temptation is to interpret every season of solitude as loss. Yet many of life’s greatest transformations occur away from the spotlight.
Before influence comes formation.
Before impact comes preparation.
Before mission comes alignment.
Perhaps some of the spaces we are being called to walk through are not signs of abandonment, but evidence that we are being prepared for greater responsibility.
Abide. Align. Act.

One of the most thought-provoking messages from the Action Conference 2026 at Celebration Centre last night was the theme of being anchored in truth, principles and stable foundations in an increasingly confused and compromised world.
The message challenged the growing “spirit of mixture” in society — where truth is blended with compromise, ethics with convenience, leadership with self-interest, and values with cultural pressure.
It was a powerful reminder that instability in individuals, institutions, companies and nations often begins when foundational principles are diluted.
In governance and leadership, anything built on contradiction eventually fractures. When organisations lose clarity of values, identity and purpose, cracks begin to appear:
* trust declines,
* confusion increases,
* culture weakens,
* ethical failures emerge,
* institutions become unstable.
Hebrews 6:19 speaks of hope as “an anchor for the soul, firm and secure.” In leadership terms, this speaks to the importance of strong foundations, ethical consistency, moral clarity and principled decision-making — especially during uncertain times.
We are living in an era of information overload, shifting values and competing voices. More than ever, society needs anchored leaders:
leaders who are stable under pressure, grounded in integrity, guided by truth and able to act with wisdom rather than impulse.
The conference theme captured it well:
Abide. Align. Act.
Because sustainable action can only come from a stable foundation.

An afternoon of stillness, reflection and meaningful conversation at the Brahma Kumaris Harare gathering with Brother Charlie Hogg of Australia.
It was a privilege to serve as Master of Ceremonies for a programme centred on the Power of Silence — a timely reminder that in a world filled with constant noise and pressure, inner peace, clarity and emotional balance remain essential forms of leadership.
Brother Charlie shared profound insights on meditation, conscious living, resilience and the importance of cultivating the inner world with the same intentionality we apply to the external world.
Grateful to the Brahma Kumaris Harare community for creating such a calm, reflective and beautifully organised experience, and to everyone who attended with openness and presence.
Sometimes the most powerful moments are found not in noise, but in stillness.

An unforgettable evening at the Delta CEO Executive Dinner, celebrating leadership, partnership and the enduring spirit of our people.
Honoured to attend dressed in the Zimbabwean theme — a beautiful reflection of our identity, heritage and cultural pride. In a world that is rapidly evolving, there is something powerful about remaining connected to who we are and where we come from.
Beyond the elegance of the evening, the gathering reminded us that strong institutions are built not only through strategy and performance, but through people, culture and shared values.
Thank you to our leadership for creating spaces that strengthen connection, unity and purpose across the Delta family.

Midnight I received a call from this other dude, an Arsenal fan screaming his lungs out "we won, we won, we won". Almost tore my earpieces with his noise.
That time the dude, is broke and that's when it struck to me, football is the only thing happening in his life. He is living vicariously through "his team".
Why so many men treat their team’s win like it’s their own?
Walk into any bar on a Champions League night and you’ll see it. Grown men screaming, jumping, cursing at the ref like they’re on the pitch. The team wins, and suddenly it’s “we did it”. The team loses, and it’s a bad Monday.
That’s vicarious living, and soccer is the main drug for it.
*1. Identity without effort*
Building status in real life takes years: career, family, skills, money. Supporting a club gives you an instant identity. You’re a Man City fan, a Man Utd fan, an Arsenal fan. No tryouts needed. When they win, your identity wins too.
*2. Controlled emotion in a boring world*
Most of life is muted. Work, bills, routine. A 90-minute match is 90 minutes where you’re allowed to feel everything at max volume. The highs feel earned, even if you did nothing but watch. It’s a legal hit of purpose and tribal belonging.
*3. Tribe > Individual*
Humans are wired for tribe. Your club is your tribe. When they score, you get the same neurochemical hit as if _you_ scored. Dopamine doesn’t care that you were on the couch. It cares that “your group” succeeded. That’s why losses feel personal - it’s a group loss.
*4. Low cost, high payoff*
You can be a fan from anywhere. No gym, no talent, no risk of injury. You put in $0 and 2 hours a week, and you get bragging rights, community, and emotional highs for months. It’s the highest ROI hobby out there.
*The catch*
It becomes a problem when it replaces real wins. If your only “we did it” moment is your club lifting a trophy, you’re renting meaning. Real fulfillment comes from things you actually control: your health, your work, your relationships.
But used right, it’s healthy. It’s ritual, community, and a break from the grind. The mistake is confusing “we won” with “I won”.
Be a fan. Celebrate. Then go build something in your own life you can say that about.
Learn OR perish!!!
It was a privilege to be graced by Joyce Chapungu, Deputy Director of Communications for the Ministry of Environment, Climate and Wildlife, during our Delta bursary engagement.
What made the moment even more meaningful is that she is herself a proud beneficiary of the Delta bursary programme — a powerful reflection of how investing in education today can shape leaders who go on to contribute meaningfully to Zimbabwe’s national development journey.
At Delta, we remain committed to supporting the growth of human capital and empowering high-potential learners from underprivileged backgrounds, in line with our theme: “Educating Today’s Learners, Powering Zimbabwe’s Future.”
Stories such as these remind us that education is not merely assistance — it is nation building.
