SO SAD to hear about Rugby Legend Doddle Weir 💙 a true champion and such a lovely kind human being RIP Doddle 🙏 SO NOW COME ON GOVERNMENT - cut all “Red Tape” 😳and give the so called “promises” of funding of £50 million over 5 years. NO MORE DELAYS PLEASE 🙏
What happened last night is not an isolated incident, it is one we see repeatedly and will continue to see until the governing body is forced to change.

“Progressive Rugby respectfully require answers from @wallabies after a player who exhibited category 1 symptoms of brain injury (Nic White) was not permanently removed from the game between Ireland and Australia on…1/2
……19th November, 2022. White, clearly unsteady and dazed, instead underwent a HIA and was returned to the field. This is unacceptable and further deepens our concern about the HIA protocol and whether it is fit for the purpose of properly protecting players.”
@niamhmitch5@AlixPopham It’s a shocking decision considering what had seemed like growing understanding of the risks and damage of brain injuries…. Worrying message to the volume of under age players watching that happen tonight.
Rugby's legal case will hinge on whether it can be shown on balance of probability that bashing your head (brain) repeatedly can heighten risk of long-term neuro-degenerative problems and extent to which senior administrators knew this. So the causation "debate" is a sideshow.

The coroner said this was a case of great public interest and she believed everybody should learn from it.
