Absolute shambles at Keele Services southbound. Twice I had to get my coffee remade and the other one remade once - still not right. Servers messing up all orders and baristas have no clue what they are doing. How hard is it to read a label on a cup?

@StarbucksUK been a customer for years (gold member) and been going to Linwood store every Saturday night. Tonight was the worst service ever. Left us waiting and dealt with iced drinks and drive through before our order. Wrong milk used twice and barista had bad attitude.

@SilverstoneUK @MotoGP After 5 years, this was my last year. Very disappointed in the whole set up. Atmosphere was lacking for me personally than other years. Start line is better back at National. Woodcote/Luffield vibe killed. Abbey was just as bad.

@SilverstoneUK shocking poor set up for this years MotoGP. Between the roving v reserved ticketing and lack of information, to the poor signage for Ridings camping and staff not knowing what they are doing. Been coming since 2018 but this is the last year. Won’t be coming back

@silverstone so you have moved my car parking from car park 2 which has shuttle service to car park 1 which includes over a 20 min walk!!! I have a member of my party with back issues and walking difficulties! No consideration what so ever!
