@Beldrueger please send us a DM with your order details and a photo of the rug, and we can take a closer look. We can also share our setup guide to help with smoothing and alignment! 💫 2/2

[Ruggable @Ruggable]

@Beldrueger We’re really sorry this was your experience, especially that you hurt your finger while setting everything up. 😔 Our 2-Piece System shouldn’t leave you wrestling with assembly or an uneven finish. We’d really like to help troubleshoot this with you. If you’re open to it, 1/2

[Ruggable @Ruggable]

@rheerema1 to take a closer look and see how we can support you! 2/2

[Ruggable @Ruggable]

@rheerema1 Hi Raegan, we’re truly sorry this has been your experience. 😔 This isn’t the level of support we want for you, especially while you’re already trying to coordinate with FedEx.

Please send us a DM with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We’d be happy 1/2

@LaurenC733896 longer than that, please send us a DM with your order details so we can take a closer look. 2/2

[Ruggable @Ruggable]

@LaurenC733896 We’re so sorry for the trouble, Lauren! When multiple items are returned in one box, the first refund may process before the rest. Our team typically needs 5–7 business days to open and inspect the box, then issue any additional refunds for items inside. 👍

@IraGilligan @LisaAllen_NC We really appreciate you sharing this. We know the 2-piece system isn’t for everyone, and we recently launched a one-piece version that’s much easier to handle - feel free to message us if you’re interested in trying one out! 👋😊

[Ruggable @Ruggable]

@ms_viola_lee exchange to make it easier for you. 👍 2/2

[Ruggable @Ruggable]

@ms_viola_lee Hi, Viola! 👋 Sorry to hear you had trouble with our Exchange Portal. It can only process one exchange at a time, but you can start another for your second rug through the portal.

If it’s still giving you trouble, DM us your order number and we’ll help set up a manual 1/2

[Ruggable @Ruggable]

@mturnage82 Smaller sizes usually fit fine in a home washer, but for larger ones (like 9x12 or 10x14), a commercial machine is best. 👍 We recommend checking our Washing Machine Guide first to make sure your washer can handle it: https://t.co/53t6VU48gl
