Grand Theft Auto VI pre-orders on PlayStation will not be available or banned in several countries.

The official FAQ lists the excluded PlayStation stores as those in

-Bahrain
-China
-Kuwait
-Lebanon
-Oman
-Qatar
-Russia
-Taiwan.

Players in these countries may not be able to purchase the digital version through their local PlayStation Store or qualify for the free month of GTA+ with a pre-order.

These restrictions are typically due to local content regulations for mature games.
