Thank you @EBEFoundation for supporting the teachers and students of @EBPublicSchools. My son got a delivery of new books and school supplies today. He said it was his best day home yet, found a new outdoor reading spot and happily read to me while I gardened.
A4: For one student who struggles so much that he rarely participates, I always try to include a notice and wonder. I coach him quietly during the independent observation time. He will usually share something we talked about. The look of feeling successful priceless!#EBedchat
A3: I agree with Jamie, also I try asking them what is it that is casingthem to be anxious about the task. I try encouraging words, breaking down the task into smaller pieces and tell them sometimes the best way to conquer something and get better at it is just do it#EBedchat
A2: I practiced and practiced and the more I did, the more I knew... The more comfortable and confident I grew, and before I knew it I was an expert! (As much as you can be in third grade 🙂)#EBedchat
