Inaugural Army-to-Army Staff Talks #AAST between the #IndianArmy and the Royal Saudi Land Forces (RSLF) were held in #NewDelhi from 23-24 April 2025.

Discussions focused on the Annual #DefenceCooperation Plan, covering Joint Exercise Sada Tanseeq, training, military education, domain expert exchanges and engagements in areas of mutual interest. Both sides also explored avenues of collaboration in operational logistics, battle field management systems & niche technologies to enhance interoperability and capability development.

Exercise #Dustlik 2025

The 6th edition of the Joint Military Exercise #Dustlik 2025 between #India and #Uzbekistan is currently underway in #Pune.

Focusing on joint counter-terrorism operations, this exercise aims to sharpen the operational capabilities of both the #IndianArmy and the #UzArmy. The contingents are exchanging best practices in counter-terrorism tactics and precision sniping, enhancing interoperability between both countries. Through joint drills and strategic discussions, both armed forces are working to enhance their effectiveness in dealing with contemporary security challenges.

The exercise not only serves as a platform for training but also solidifies the strategic partnership between India and Uzbekistan.

Gati Shakti Powering Indian Army’s Logistics

Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya (GSV), Vadodara is conducting a 5-day Executive Training Programme on PM Gati Shakti & the National Logistics Policy for senior & middle-level Officers of the Indian Army. This marks the first initiative under the MoU signed between the Indian Army & GSV on 09 September 2024.

The programme focuses on using (Geographic Information System) GIS-based National Master Plan tools to modernise Army logistics, making them more tech-driven, efficient, and aligned with Viksit Bharat goals. A step towards harmonising military logistics with national development.
