@TeamYouTube
You banned our channel with 665,000 subscribers out of nowhere. No strikes. No warnings. Reason: “spam”
We’ve been on the platform for 12 years.
Our appeal was rejected instantly by AI.
Please have a real human review this case.

My channel under the username @RuiNReserve was banned for “spam and scams,” but I didn’t violate any policies and have appealed. Please help with a manual review.
https://t.co/9yG9zUeypS You terminated our 665,000-subscriber channel without a single clear reason — after 12 years on YouTube.
You hold a monopoly in this space, there’s no real alternative we can turn to. The least you could do is give creators a fair chance, real support, and not destroy people’s livelihoods with automated AI decisions.
If you don’t change this system, it’s going to blow up in your face. People in the EU are already suing and successfully getting their channel back this way.
@TeamYouTube They gave no real reason other than "spam". My channel has been on YouTube for over 12 years, and all I got from you guys was an automated AI message. Please connect me with a real human. I would like to avoid legal action to get my channel back.
My channel @RuiNReserve has been on YouTube for 12 years and built over 650,000 subscribers. And all I receive is an automated response?

@RuinReserve There’s a limit of one appeal per channel termination and the team already reviewed your appeal. You can review the initial email we sent for details. You may have already reviewed the help center policy page, but here it is just for reference: https://t.co/dMuJ5inFau
