So after tweeting last night I finally get a response from @EurekaForbes saying your product will reach you shortly! After 2 months I just want my money back! Not the product! Obviously I had to spend on a replacement which I received in 3 days! And they still saying shortly!
25 k is not a small amount, why is @EurekaForbes taking orders when they have no stocks, their customer service is also so terrible that the min you complain they stop responding! They have pocketed my money conveniently!!
I have placed an order for Euroclean kordfree+steristeam on 10th May on the @EurekaForbes site for 25k and still haven’t received it. Despite multiple follow ups there is no response from their end. I’ve asked for a redund but no response. Amazed that a TATA company does this.
