Don't want to just start a mass love-in, but...bloody hell what this man has achieved in just over 3 years in insane.

He came in with ambitions of making the play offs in 3 of the next 5 seasons. He wanted a long-term stadium deal.

He delivered (obviously with fantastic work from the coaching and playing staff) play offs in 2 out of the first 3 years with an FA Cup semi final in between. In season 4, he sealed the CBS deal and it looks like we will go up as champions.

He did this having shown balls of absolute steel after sacking the club's most popular manager for decades (possibly ever). He took serious stick for that and it could have completely blown up in his face but it has proved to be a master stroke.

Regardless of what comes next, Doug King has been incredible for our club.
